FALL 2025/2026 COURSE: “EXPERIMENTAL TECHNIQUES IN POROUS AND COMPLEX SYSTEMS” (FYS 4420/FYS9420) AT University of Oslo (UIO)

PoreLab’s course ” Experimental techniques in porous and complex systems ” is traditionally offered in the fall semester each year, which is the case this year as well. The course is two-tiered and both, Ph.D. and master students are encouraged to take it. The code for the Ph.D. level is FYS9240. The master level code is FYS4420. The course workload (lectures and lab exercises) is shared between PoreLab Oslo and PoreLab Trondheim. Most of the work will be done at the PoreLab’s laboratories in Oslo (UiO).
