
Doctoral Candidate Reza Haghani at the Department of Geosciences will hold a trial lecture
and defend his doctoral thesis for the degree of Philosophiae Doctor (PhD). The degree is
administered by the Faculty of Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and
Technology (NTNU).
Thesis title: Wettability Characterization of Porous Media Multiphase Lattice-Boltzmann Simulation
Trial lecture: Reactive transport in evolving pore space (dissolution and precipitation)

Project Manager Marie-Laure Olivier, from PoreLab/Department of Physics at NTNU, has been
appointed Administrator of the Committee.
The committee has concluded that the thesis is worthy of public defense for the PhD degree.
